AI training that sticks, built around your team's real work

Hands-on workshops where your staff learn to use AI tools on the tasks they do every day: email, proposals, customer replies, research, spreadsheets, and reports. When we build you a CRM, website, or app, training on it is included so the switch from your old SaaS goes smoothly.

Why generic AI courses do not change much

Most businesses already use AI in some form, but surveys keep finding the use is shallow: staff try a chatbot, get a mediocre answer, and stop. The missing piece is practice on real work with someone who can show what good looks like. That is how we run every session.

Learn to improve your own software with AI

When I build you a CRM, website, or app, training does not stop at how to use it. I also teach you and your team how to change and improve it with AI coding assistants: describe what you want in plain English, review the result, test it, and publish it. Every version is saved, so a change can always be undone. That way your software keeps up with your business without waiting on a developer.

What the training covers

  • How AI assistants work, what they are good at, and where they make things up
  • Writing prompts that get usable results the first time
  • Role-specific workflows for sales, admin, operations, marketing, and customer service
  • Using AI with documents, spreadsheets, and your own company knowledge
  • Checking AI output for accuracy before it reaches a customer
  • Data privacy: what is safe to share and which account settings matter

Common questions

Which AI tools do you train on?

The ones that fit your business and budget. Usually a general assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot, plus AI features already built into tools you pay for. We do not resell software, so the recommendation is based only on fit.

Is the training in person or online?

Either. Live online sessions work well for distributed teams; in-person workshops work best when you want everyone in a room practising together.

Our staff are not technical. Is that a problem?

No. The training is built for people who do sales, admin, operations, and customer service. If someone can write an email, they can learn to use AI well.

Will you set rules for how staff use AI?

Yes. Every training engagement includes a short, plain-English AI use policy: which tools are approved, what data may never be pasted in, and when a person must check the output.
